The Si500APHS1 Aluminum Plate Heat-Sink is used with Si2, Si4, Si5, Si6 and Si7 PC boards, when operating at 8A current level. Typical Operating Temperature at full-load is 450C with the Metal Heat-Rings Bolted to this plate (dimensions given below) acting as a Heat-Sink, while the plate is exposed to air at 250C.
