The Si1000APHS1 Large Aluminum Plate Heat-Sink is optionally used with Si5, Si6, Si7, Si9, Si14, Si21, and Si24 PC boards, when operating at 15A current level. Typical Operating Temperature at full-load is 450C with the Metal Heat-Rings Bolted to this plate (dimensions given below) acting as a Heat-Sink, while the plate is exposed to air at 250C.
